Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of BI/healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience developing complex BI reports, dashboards, and data products.
• Proficient in SQL and data querying to support business needs.
• Advanced data visualization with Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience leading projects from requirements through implementation.
• Working knowledge of healthcare Revenue Cycle processes and data.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Revenue Cycle reports, dashboards, and data products.
• Lead Revenue Cycle analytics projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage a consolidated analytics portfolio and prioritize work.
• Coordinate across BI Analysts, Financial Analysts, IT, and stakeholders.
• Establish timelines and manage dependencies and risks.
• Provide leadership and mentorship on analytics standards and best practices.
