• Lead planning, design, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of Epic workflows.
• Analyze end-user needs, document requirements, and translate into system specifications.
• Participate in software upgrade projects including build, testing, and user validation.
• Coordinate change control processes and documentation in ServiceNow.
• Support training activities and collaborate with end users and external partners.
