Providence is seeking a Manager Analytics Business Intelligence to lead the RCS Analytics Products team and drive the delivery and health of analytics-focused products. The role combines hands-on data work with leadership to ensure the quality of dashboards, reports, models, and data extracts across Providence's Revenue Cycle Business Services.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree (or >4 years healthcare analytics) and 4+ years with SQL or BI tools; preferred Master’s degree and Epic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline or 4+ Years of relevant healthcare data analytics experience.
• 4 years Hands-on experience with SQL and/or a BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RCS Analytics Products team focused on delivery and health of analytics-focused products.
• Oversee development, integrity and maintenance of dashboards, reports, models, and extracts.
• Balance hands-on involvement with effective delegation to ensure content and technology quality.
