Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Program Manager - Data Analytics to lead data-driven improvements across revenue cycle operations. You will analyze workflows and collaborate with registration, billing, coding, and denials management to optimize cash flow and reduce bad debt.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience, a relevant college degree, and strong SQL/Python/Tableau skills. Travel up to 15% may be involved as needed for analytics across facilities.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience and a college degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, health information management, or similar.
• Advanced SQL programming experience, including complex query optimization and database management.
• Experience with Python, Cache, Tableau, and Java is strongly preferred.
• Significant Revenue Cycle experience (5+ years in addition to the minimum) may be accepted in lieu of some education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads efforts to maximize compliant revenue capture and cash collections through analytics, focusing on payer reporting, workflow optimization, denials management, AR trending, and productivity/quality management.
• Designs and distributes monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for internal/external stakeholders according to specifications.
• Reviews weekly reports to identify issues affecting timely patient collections and communicates trends to end users and leaders.
• Supports system implementations, process/tech improvement, and standardization initiatives.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
