Job summary

Billtrust, a leading AI-powered fintech, seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue and Billing to own end-to-end billing operations and revenue recognition. You will lead a global team, automate reconciliation, and ensure ASC 606 compliance while partnering with Sales, Legal, FP&A and IT.

This role drives process improvements, builds SOX controls, and champions AI-assisted workflows across the quote-to-cash cycle. The base salary ranges $165k–$175k with comprehensive benefits and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue recognition and billing operations.
• Extensive ASC 606 knowledge in a SaaS environment.
• Experience managing distributed teams of 10+ people.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing operations and monthly revenue close.
• Automate manual processes and improve accrual-based close methods.
• Guide on revenue recognition for standard and non-standard contracts.
• Partner with Sales, Legal and IT to ensure compliant deals.
