Findhelp is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day‑to‑day accounting, ensure GAAP compliance, and own the end‑to‑end billing and collections cycle. You will partner with our external accounting firm and cross‑functional teams to maintain accuracy across revenue, contracts, and taxes.

The role focuses on automating billing workflows, reconciling data in Maxio and HubSpot, and supporting quarterly and annual reporting. Austin, TX based, on‑site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (required).
• 7+ years of accounting experience with GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel; proficient with G Suite.
• Experience with subscription billing platforms (Maxio/Chargify/Zuora/Stripe/NetSuite/Chargebee).
• Ability to reconcile revenue, deferred revenue, and billing data across systems.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, CS, Legal, and Finance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee month-end close with external accounting firm; ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Own daily billing and invoicing for self-serve, mid‑market, and enterprise contracts; automate where possible.
• Design and monitor automated revenue workflows; reduce DSO while preserving customer experience.
• Lead and mentor the Revenue Accountant and Accounting Associate; partner with Sales and CS on complex terms.
