Job summary

SafelyYou, Inc. is building a Revenue Operations function and seeks a hands-on operator to own contracts through billing, including transitions, decommissions, and change orders. You will bridge Sales, Finance, CS, and Implementation, driving automation and cross-functional accountability.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in an operations role with real ownership — Revenue Operations, CS Operations, Implementation, or Commercial Operations in B2B SaaS or healthcare tech
• Demonstrated ability to run complex, cross-functional processes end-to-end and be accountable for outcomes
• Salesforce proficiency: you maintain data with discipline and can diagnose what a bad record costs downstream
• Experience with project or workflow management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent) for tracking multi-party, multi-step work
• Comfort operating across Sales, Finance, CS and Implementation simultaneously — moving things forward without a manager brokering every conversation
• Experience in senior living, multi-site healthcare, or a comparably complex B2B environment is a meaningful advantage

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle from contract to billing, including transitions, decommissions, change orders, and implementation handoffs
• Manage contract-to-billing data, reconcile revenue across systems, and support the weekly revenue meeting
• Oversee change orders and pilots, monitor milestones, flag stalls, and drive timely decisions
• Coordinate post-close handoffs to implementation and customer success to ensure smooth transitions
• Identify manual, repetitive tasks and design automated workflows and AI-powered monitoring to improve accuracy and efficiency
