TierPoint LLC is seeking a Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst to protect revenue integrity through financial analysis, dispute resolution, and account reviews. The role is hybrid, splitting time between Revenue Assurance and Billing Operations support, collaborating with Finance, Billing Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Legal.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years in related fields, strong Excel and data analytics skills, and experience with billing processes and contract interpretation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or related field.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Experience researching complex customer accounts and discrepancies.
• Ability to interpret contracts and pricing.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Customer Financial Resolution activities evaluating claims, disputes, and account concerns.
• Analyze customer account activity to identify revenue leakage and risk.
• Conduct detailed account research and investigations for issue resolution.
• Prepare recommendations and supporting documentation for management review.
• Develop and maintain reporting on disputes, adjustments, revenue recovery and risks.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to support validation and control activities.
