Job summary

Geeks on Site is seeking a Billing & Revenue Operations Lead to oversee and optimize our billing and revenue processes. The role blends hands-on billing work with leadership of a billing team, driving accuracy, controls, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in billing/revenue operations, strong Excel skills, and proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a remote, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, accounting, or related financial operations.
• Previous experience supervising a team or leading billing operations.
• Hands-on billing expertise paired with team leadership and issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, revenue controls, reconciliations, and financial operations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills with pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with accounting, ERP, or billing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Perform complex reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Lead and supervise the Billing team and manage KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline billing processes.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate revenue reporting and close activities.
