The role blends Revenue Assurance (about 80%) with Billing Operations support (about 20%), working with Finance, Billing Operations, Customer Success, Sales and Legal to ensure accurate customer financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience researching complex customer account activity and financial discrepancies.
• Ability to interpret contracts, pricing schedules, amendments, and customer agreements.
• Experience evaluating financial impact and supporting business decision-making.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and service-level expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform Customer Financial Resolution activities, including evaluation of customer claims, disputes, and account concerns.
• Analyze customer account activity to identify revenue leakage opportunities and financial risk exposures.
• Perform detailed account research and investigations to support customer issue resolution.
• Prepare recommendations and supporting documentation for management review and approval.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements to improve revenue integrity.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics related to customer disputes, account adjustments, revenue recovery opportunities, revenue risk trends, and operational performance metrics.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support revenue validation and control activities.
