Gong is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Revenue Architect to be a strategic partner to our largest customers, driving revenue transformation and guiding executive stakeholders and operational teams to achieve business results.

You will lead a high-performing team of Revenue Architects and combine deep knowledge of revenue teams with change-management strategy to help customers operationalize Gong into tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• 6–10+ years of total proven experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with Financial Services or Healthcare customers.
• Proven coaching track record with senior stakeholders.
• Strong customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
