CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director, Revenue Analytics to lead the centralized analytics and data governance within Revenue Operations.

You will own the analytics foundation, set strategy, and build a high-performing analytics organization to support management rhythms. The role requires 12+ years in analytics leadership, strong BI experience (Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI), and exceptional executive communication to drive data-driven decisions across a multi-market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 12+ years in analytics, revenue operations, BI, or data strategy leadership.
• 7+ years leading analytics or data teams, with experience during organizational transformation.
• Deep experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI) and CRM data structures like Salesforce/Gainsight.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools and integrating them into a revenue analytics model.
• Strong executive communication skills to translate data into narratives for senior leadership.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, insurance tech, or multi-market organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Analytics COE, governance, and executive reporting for revenue and customer performance.
• Set strategy for a unified analytics layer; oversee data pipelines and forecasting data.
• Own data governance framework, metrics definitions, and data quality monitoring.
• Develop dashboards, predictive insights, and standardized reporting for multiple markets.
• Build an analytics organization with standards and growth opportunities for staff.
• Define operating model, hire talent, and drive value delivery in 3–6 months.
