Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years in analytics or data strategy leadership in a commercial environment.
• 7+ years leading analytics or data teams.
• Strong experience with BI and analytics platforms like Tableau/Salesforce/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Revenue Analytics function as the source of truth for revenue and customer data.
• Ensure visibility of pipeline health, forecast performance, and productivity across markets.
• Build a unified, governed analytics layer with scalable reporting and dashboards.
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Revenue Systems, Finance, Strategy and Enterprise Technology.
