Job summary

Beyond Blue is seeking an Associate Chief Revenue Officer to lead performance, solutions, and analytics across the organization. The role focuses on designing and implementing technology-enabled revenue cycle and operational systems to drive efficiency, accuracy, and business insight.

The position requires a strong track record in enterprise analytics, governance, and cross-functional leadership to align initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Epic certification(s) and knowledge of SQL/Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategic direction for enterprise performance, technology solutions, and analytics across the organization.
• Oversees development, integration, and optimization of revenue cycle and operational systems including EPIC and other enterprise platforms.
• Directs teams responsible for data governance, business intelligence, and advanced analytics to enable data driven decision making.
• Establishes strategic frameworks for operational excellence, performance measurement, and process innovation.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to define goals, financial targets, and strategic initiatives that improve outcomes and efficiency.
