Job summary

Extend is seeking a Revenue Analytics leader to synthesize data across Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and Risk to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue. You will own strategic revenue initiatives, improve data-driven insights, and mentor juniors while advancing AI-enabled analytics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize the revenue waterfall, refine data pipelines, and communicate findings to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in data science and/or consulting with data-driven impact.
• Strong communication skills for sharing insights to diverse audiences.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and Github.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous questions to drive revenue initiatives.
• Own and identify strategies to maximize revenue and client acquisition across the revenue waterfall.
• Improve quantitative analysis techniques and present insights to leadership.
• Own and refine data pipelines to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members in analytical thinking and excellence.
• Lead AI integration into the Revenue Analytics workflow.
