ePlus is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide senior-level analytical support across the commercial lifecycle for our technology services portfolio. You will partner with service leadership, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to develop scalable reporting and models that clarify deal objectives, improve profitability, and drive revenue predictability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, financial analysis, or analytics supporting commercial decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, data analytics, or related field.
• Experience reporting managed services or subscription metrics (NRR, GRR, churn).
• Ability to analyze complex cost-to-serve, revenue, and scenario models.
• Advanced Excel with Power Query, VBA, or comparable automation; build repeatable dashboards/reports.
• Proficiency with SQL and Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including data reviews and forecast integrity.
• Ability to translate financial data into concise recommendations for senior leaders.

• Gather requirements, define metrics, map processes, and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• Present performance trends, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Evaluate pricing, costs, margins, contract value, licensing, and deal profitability with the deal desk.
• Analyze end-to-end services performance, identifying handoff gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build capacity models to align skills and labor supply with backlog, demand forecasts, and resource needs.
• Develop renewal and consumption models that drive actionable business recommendations.
• Create executive dashboards and automate reporting using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel.
• Improve data quality, validation, forecasting accuracy, and reporting integrity within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
