Job summary

Pearce Services seeks a Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. You will transform financial and operational data into insights, supporting revenue-cycle performance across WIP, AR, billing, and collections.

You will collaborate with Finance, Billing, Operations, and Technology to accelerate billing, improve cash flow, and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is data-driven and process-focused.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, business, economics, data analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, billing, accounts receivable, or related function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, financial or operational systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, or management reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for WIP, AR, billing performance, revenue cycle metrics, cash collections, and operational KPIs.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Translate data into actionable insights for Finance Operations leadership.
• Support recurring executive, financial, and operational reporting.
• Monitor performance trends and identify areas needing corrective action.
