Job summary

Ascensus in Atlanta, GA seeks a Client Services Consultant to provide consultative retirement plan support to partners, intermediaries and sponsors. You will apply deep plan knowledge and Ascensus solutions to resolve complex issues and drive client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, mentor teammates, and manage items end-to-end, ensuring timely, accurate service across the client lifecycle. Strong communication and project coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years direct client experience; retirement services industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word/Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative client service to partners, intermediaries and plan sponsors.
• Demonstrate retirement plans knowledge and Ascensus products to resolve complex issues.
• Coach and mentor associates to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage escalated items and communicate resolutions clearly to clients and advisors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and financial professionals.
