Swipejobs is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to provide personalized retirement planning guidance and financial wellness education to participants in employer-sponsored retirement plans. This direct-hire, remote role blends advisory expertise with strong client relationships.

You'll leverage FINRA licenses, deep knowledge of IRAs and retirement plans, and a consultative approach to help individuals make informed decisions about rollover options and distributions, while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, wealth management, or an advisory environment.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 OR Series 7 and Series 63 + 65
• Strong knowledge of IRAs, qualified retirement plans, rollovers, and retirement distribution strategies
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills
• A passion for helping individuals make informed financial decisions and work toward their retirement goals
