Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2+ years in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• FINRA 7 & 66 registrations required.
• Strong knowledge of IRAs and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retirement and financial wellness guidance to participants.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent follow‑through.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Educate on plan options and distributions with clear communication.
