Empower Careers seeks a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to deliver retirement and financial wellness guidance to participants in employer-sponsored plans, guiding them through key decisions that influence long-term financial success. You will educate on managed accounts, deepen relationships, and provide proactive, personalized service.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in financial services, and FINRA registrations.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2+ years in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
Proven sales success.
Knowledge of IRAs and retirement plan products/services.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn Empower's record keeping system and Salesforce.
FINRA 7 & 66 registrations required.
FINRA fingerprinting upon hire.
