Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in financial services or retirement planning.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships through consultative service.
• Respond to retirement plan questions with professionalism and accuracy.
• Educate customers on distributions, rollovers, IRAs and plan options.
• Explain tax considerations of retirement decisions and asset retention.
• Guide customers through retirement planning decisions and solutions.
• Meet monthly and yearly sales and service objectives.
• Work onsite in the Denver office.
