Empower is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to deliver comprehensive retirement advice to participants in employer-sponsored plans. You will guide clients through managed accounts, educate on plan options, and help them achieve long-term financial well-being.

The role emphasizes sales performance, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, upbeat attitude in a fast-paced environment. Remote/hybrid options may apply, with onsite requirements as noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Good understanding of IRAs and retirement plan environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retirement and financial wellness advice to participants in employer-sponsored plans.
• Guide participants through managed account solutions and distribution options.
• Educate customers on tax and retirement planning implications of decisions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Engage with peers to problem solve and deliver results.
