Job summary

Voya Financial in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Sales Director to lead retirement plan sales across a defined region, guiding growth from startup plans to assets up to $50 million. You will build programs, manage relationships with sponsors, brokers, consultants and admins, and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years sales experience in Retirement Plan/Investment industry.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63.
• State Life and Health license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales programs for assigned territories.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with plan sponsors, brokers, consultants and third party administrators.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans to increase sales.
• Identify needs of key decision makers and tailor solutions.
• Deliver presentations to prospects, financial professionals and industry leaders.
• Manage and motivate a wide variety of retirement plan distribution sources.
• Leverage technology to track sales and marketing plans.
• Partner with VOYA representatives to raise awareness of full suite of VOYA capabilities.
