Corebridge Financial, Inc. is hiring a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. You’ll deliver enrollment meetings and financial literacy sessions, traveling as needed to grow plan assets and participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve plan awareness and asset growth.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation; travel may be required.
