Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant in the United States to educate plan sponsors and employees about retirement features and drive plan participation through in-person and virtual presentations.

Responsibilities include conducting enrollment meetings, supporting education campaigns, and representing the company at fairs; travel may be required. The role emphasizes client-focused guidance and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel may be required for new plan enrollments.
