Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to educate plan sponsors and employees on retirement plan options and features. The role involves delivering in-person or virtual presentations, supporting enrollment events, and collaborating with Relationship Managers to raise plan participation and deferral rates.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and applicable securities licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to educate plan sponsors and employees about plan features and participation.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation and options.
• Travel may be required up to 50% of the time.
