Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Service Manager III. In this role you will develop and maintain effective relationships with ADP clients and serve as the primary contact for retirement plan services.

You will communicate with clients about service delivery, assist with day-to-day retirement plan administration, troubleshoot plan issues, and discuss the impact of legislative requirements. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related client service experience.
• Experience in retirement plan administration is a plus.
• Military experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and be the direct contact for retirement plan services.
• Communicate with clients about service delivery and resolve plan issues.
• Maintain records of calls, emails, and visits in the ADP CRM system.
• Support plan changes, training, and education sessions.
• Coordinate annual plan reviews and plan changes with sponsors.
