Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Service Manager II to oversee client relationships for retirement plan services. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote, focusing on client satisfaction, plan administration, and proactive service delivery.

You will maintain records, enhance knowledge of plans and systems, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with sales and compliance teams to ensure high-quality service and client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of directly related experience.
• Experience in a client service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for retirement plan clients.
• Discuss plan design and service delivery with sponsors and clients.
• Support annual plan reviews and regulatory compliance tasks.
• Coordinate communications with internal teams and clients.
• Identify revenue opportunities and support product/service education.
