Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with ADP clients.
• Serve as the direct client contact for retirement plan services.
• Communicate service delivery status and assist with day-to-day administration.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the ADP CRM system.
• Support plan sponsors with education programs and workshops.
