Job summary

Ascensus in Dresher, PA is seeking a Client Service Manager to deliver high-quality account management for defined contribution relationships, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and efficient plan administration. You will be the primary contact for clients, advisors, and TPAs, ensuring accurate and timely service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional certifications are preferred (ASPPA QKA/QPA, CEBS, NIPA).
• Knowledge of ERISA and IRC sections applicable to plan design and testing.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and advisors through proactive communication.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients and related parties on day-to-day account management.
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues, providing value-added consulting to improve outcomes.
