Job summary

Schwab Retirement Plan Services, an affiliate of The Charles Schwab Corporation, seeks a Senior Client Service Specialist to support day-to-day servicing for retirement plan recordkeeping clients. You will help our Client Service Managers ensure complete client satisfaction and handle inquiries with accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes strategic problem-solving, strong communication, and teamwork, with travel 5-10%. Applicants must be US-authorized to work full-time without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience and directly relevant experience for a senior role.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead internal and external calls and present material effectively.
• Strategic thinking to improve efficiencies and reduce manual processes.
• Outcome-oriented with ability to deliver effective client solutions.
• Proven self-starter with business and technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day servicing for Schwab's recordkeeping clients per goals.
• Support Client Service Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle research and responses to participant or client questions.
• Develop strategic solutions and gather supporting documents or reports.
