Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager, Relationship Management, to own key retirement plan relationships totaling hundreds of millions in assets. You will oversee plan recordkeeping, engage sponsors and consultants, and coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions.

You will lead 8–10 client relationships, collaborate with internal partners, and drive client retention and satisfaction. Travel to client sites will be required to present and refine plans.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with large, complex employer-sponsored Retirement Plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of equity compensation plans and plan design.
• Understanding of ERISA regulations.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, and managed accounts.
• Strong communication, integrity, and leadership.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build consensus.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and sales presentations.
