Charles Schwab is hiring for a Client Service Manager in retirement plan services. You will oversee 15-20 sponsor relationships, ensure plan administration accuracy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

The role emphasizes on-site collaboration, client service excellence, and tailoring strategies to drive satisfaction and plan success. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with employer-sponsored retirement plans.
• Analytical thinking applied to retirement plan recordkeeping and compliance.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building with sponsors/participants.
• Proven problem-solving to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Collaborative, cross-functional issue resolution and client communication.
• Ability to manage concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; adaptable and accountable.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and sales presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of approximately 15-20 client relationships.
• Ensure administration aligns with plan provisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve client issues.
• Communicate holistically about client issues and events.
• Maintain client satisfaction and improve promoter scores.
• Support sales efforts as needed.
• Share standard methodologies and aid in service improvements.
• Execute client and regulatory changes.
