Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Client Service Manager to lead day-to-day client service delivery for retirement plan administration and recordkeeping. You will manage client relationships with assets of $150M–$500M and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a precise client experience.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship. Strong ERISA knowledge and plan design experience are required, with travel to client sites expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with employer sponsored Retirement Plans.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• ERISA knowledge, industry rules and regulations, and Non-Qualified plan design.
• Ability to develop and implement client strategies, retirement plan design, compliance, IRS reporting, and investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client service delivery for plan administration and retirement plan recordkeeping.
• Oversee client relationships with assets under management of $150M–$500M.
• Collaborate with partners to delegate and lead client issues to resolution.
• Provide holistic client interactions and communicate plan administration activities to internal teams.
• Support Sales efforts as needed.
• Execute client and regulatory changes and mitigate risk.
• Travel for client visits and sales presentations.
