Job summary

Networks Connect is seeking an experienced DB/DC Plan Administrator to join a growing, client-focused team. This full-time role covers both defined benefit and defined contribution plans, with an initial caseload of 80 to 100 plans and ongoing opportunities for deep technical work.

The position is remote with hybrid options, offering an anticipated starting compensation up to $100,000, contingent on experience, and a culture that values accuracy, collaboration, and long-term professional

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-to-end plan administration across DB and DC.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Proficiency in all contribution methods including cross-testing and new comparability.
• Strong attention to detail and quality in all work products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sponsors and advisors.

Responsibilities

• Review census data and determine participant eligibility for DB/DC plans.
• Calculate employer contributions and top-heavy minimums for DC plans.
• Coordinate with actuarial team for valuations and contributions.
• Prepare Form 5500 and related schedules.
• Manage 80–100 plan caseload with accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with sponsors, advisors, and CPAs.
