Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Administrator (DB/DC) to manage Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans from A to Z. This role is 100% remote and offers up to $95,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

You will handle annual compliance testing, valuations, contribution calculations, Form 5500, and PBGC filings while ensuring ERISA/IRS compliance and delivering exceptional client service. Growth and development opportunities are available in a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retirement plan administration experience with both DB and DC plans.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
• Experience preparing Form 5500s, compliance testing, and annual plan administration.
• FTWor Datair/Calcair preferred experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement plans from A–Z.
• Perform annual compliance testing, valuations, and contribution calculations.
• Prepare and review Form 5500 and PBGC filings.
• Complete nondiscrimination testing and ensure ongoing ERISA and IRS compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and retirement plan guidance.
• Maintain accurate plan records and stay current on industry regulations.
