Job summary

Networks Connect is seeking an experienced DC Plan Administrator to join our growing team. You will manage an initial caseload of 80 to 100 defined contribution plans and serve as the primary contact for sponsors, advisors, and CPAs.

The role requires deep knowledge of plan provisions, compliance testing, and accurate reporting. A 2+ year A to Z DC administration background and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years A to Z soup to nuts defined contribution plan administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred — Math, Actuarial Science, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in all employer contribution allocation methods including simple, permitted disparity, cross-testing, and new comparability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with plan sponsors, accountants, and financial advisors.

Responsibilities

• Review and scrub census data and determine participant eligibility.
• Calculate employer contributions and top-heavy minimum contributions.
• Perform compliance testing including ADP/ACP testing, 401(a)(4) nondiscrimination testing, 410(b) testing, and top-heavy testing.
• Reconcile plan assets and prepare annual trust accounting.
• Prepare and file Form 5500 and all related schedules.
• Prepare annual plan valuations and participant account reporting.
• Process loan and distribution paperwork per plan documents and IRC requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with sponsors, accountants, and financial advisors.
• Manage an initial caseload of 80 to 100 DC plans with evaluation after year one.
