Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking an experienced DC Plan Administrator to join a growing retirement consulting team. This role is 100% remote and offers a salary up to $90,000 plus excellent benefits.

You will administer 401(k), 403(b) and profit-sharing plans, perform compliance testing and prepare Form 5500 filings, while serving as the primary client contact in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of defined contribution plan administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan compliance.
• Experience with Form 5500 filings and annual testing.
• QKA designation is a plus; FTW experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer 401(k), 403(b), and profit-sharing plans.
• Perform compliance testing (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 402(g)).
• Prepare and review Form 5500 filings.
• Calculate employer contributions and vesting.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and participants.
• Ensure ERISA, IRS, and DOL compliance.
