CPS Inc. is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to manage a portfolio of complex defined contribution plans remotely for clients across the United States. You will handle administration from A to Z and collaborate with clients and team members to ensure accurate results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience.
• Experience with complex qualified retirement plans.
• Knowledge of ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations.
• Experience with compliance testing and Form 5500 preparation.

Responsibilities

• Administer a portfolio of complex 401(k), profit-sharing and other qualified retirement plans from A–Z.
• Perform annual compliance testing, contribution calculations, and Form 5500 preparation.
• Work with advanced plan designs, including New Comparability/Cross-Tested plans and custom allocations.
• Interpret plan documents and ensure ERISA/IRS/DOL compliance.
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing proactive guidance and excellent service.
• Mentor junior administrators and assist with technical questions.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to join a growing team that specializes in complex Defined Contribution retirement plans. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with sophisticated plan designs, tackling technical compliance issues, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

What You’ll Do

• Administer a portfolio of complex 401(k), profit-sharing, and other qualified retirement plans from A–Z.
• Perform annual compliance testing, contribution calculations, and Form 5500 preparation.
• Work with advanced plan designs, including New Comparability/Cross-Tested plans, custom allocation formulas, and corrective compliance work.
• Interpret plan documents and ensure compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive guidance and exceptional service.
• Mentor junior administrators and assist with technical questions as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of retirement plan administration experience.

• FTW experience preferred.
