EPIC Retirement Plan Services seeks a Compliance Specialist III to prepare complex compliance and government filings within firm standards. You will review filings, mentor teammates, and ensure accuracy of deliverables across eligibility, allocations, and testing.

The role requires an Associates degree with 5+ years of related experience and an ASPPA QKA designation. Strong Microsoft Office skills and independent work ability are essential.

• ASPPA QKA designation required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare complex compliance tests and year-end packages, including eligibility reviews, allocations, and testing (ADP/ACP, 415, 416, 410(b)).
• Prepare, review, and publish Form 5500, Form 5330, Form 8955-SSA and related schedules.
• Maintain knowledge of moderate-to-advanced plan types and regulatory requirements.
• Research and resolve testing and 5500 issues; mentor team members on complex issues.
