Superior Plus is seeking a Retirement & Benefits Specialist to manage U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs in a virtual capacity. The role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure accurate administration and strong controls while driving employee experience.

The candidate will lead open enrollment, annual renewals, and process improvements, with a focus on data integrity and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or professional certification and 3+ years in U.S. benefits/retirement administration.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA and state leaves.
• Proficiency with Dayforce benefits administration, reporting, data validation, and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Administer U.S. health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and leave administration.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, providers, and HR teams to ensure accurate data and timely processing.
• Prepare communications, training materials, and open enrollment activities to support employees.
• Act as subject matter expert for benefits, retirement, and leave, providing guidance to stakeholders.
