Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a people manager for Schwab Retirement Technologies’ client service team. You will provide retirement recordkeeping product application support and business consulting to Independent Recordkeepers, driving efficiencies and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coaching, education, release support, metrics, and building relationships with customers and internal partners to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retirement recordkeeping industry.
• 5+ years of retirement application processing experience.
• Experience leading and coaching people.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to diagnose complex issues and find root causes.
• Proactive with data to guide decisions and performance metrics.
• Clear written and verbal communication with business and technical teams.
• Ability to present to executive audiences and run trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a SRT client service team delivering retirement recordkeeping support.
• Manage inbound client inquiries and craft process efficiencies.
• Provide client education, software release support and training.
• Monitor team performance and define goals with coaching.
• Build relationships with customers and partners to improve solutions.
• Coordinate with product and engineering on releases and changes.
• Analyze issues, perform independent research, and drive timely resolutions.
