Schwab Retirement Technologies (SRT) seeks a people manager to lead a client service team delivering retirement recordkeeping product application support and business consulting services to independent recordkeepers. You will guide inquiries, improve processes, and educate clients on the SRT product suite to drive efficiencies and user adoption.

You will collaborate with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders to manage releases and ensure timely, impactful communication.

Competenze

Minimum 5+ years in retirement recordkeeping and 5+ years in retirement application processing.
Experience leading and coaching people.
Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to diagnose complex issues and identify root causes.
Excellent written and verbal communication with business and technical teams.
Ability to present to executive audiences and run meetings/trainings.
