Job summary

Vego Garden is seeking a Senior Retention Marketing Manager to lead existing customer growth and increase customer lifetime value. You will own the retention strategy across the lifecycle—from turning first-time buyers into repeat customers to growing engagement and cross-category adoption.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, responsible for repeat purchase behavior, existing customer revenue, and long-term value. Hybrid work in Tomball, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or related marketing.
• Proven track record of improving repeat purchases and LTV.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email/SMS platform.
• Strong analytics using cohort analysis and customer data.
• Ability to translate insights into compelling messaging.
• Cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop retention roadmap to increase repeat purchase rate and LTV.
• Identify onboarding, second-purchase, cross-sell, loyalty, and win-back opportunities.
• Own email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Create segmented, personalized experiences based on behavior and value.
• Forecast existing customer revenue with Growth Director and teams.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Merchandising, E‑commerce, and CX to drive cohesive journeys.
