Job summary

Stio is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Retention to drive profitable customer retention, repeat purchases, and lifetime value across buyer-facing channels. You will own retention strategy, allocate budgets, and guide cross-channel efforts with strong analytics.

You will lead segmentation, onboarding, win-back tactics, and loyalty messaging, working with Brand and Creative teams to ensure personalized, performance-driven communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retention, CRM, or performance marketing.
• Strong lifecycle marketing knowledge including email, SMS, segmentation.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and automated flows.
• Experience working with external agencies.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and GA4.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
• Experience with Direct Mail/Catalog advertising.
• Financial acumen and comfort with contribution margin and LTV models.
• Collaborative team player who leads and develops direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own Retention Growth & Financial Outcomes across ecommerce.
• Lead cross-channel retention strategy across email, catalog, remarketing, affiliate.
• Develop segmentation and lifecycle optimization strategies.
• Define messaging for retention and loyalty programs.
• Lead retention experimentation and incrementality testing.
• Provide weekly/monthly reporting on retention performance.
• Manage and develop a direct report for day-to-day acquisition marketing support.
