Job summary

Gen in NYC seeks a Senior Lifecycle Journey Manager to own the retention strategy across MoneyLion's user journey, turning monetization moments into durable relationships.

You will define retention scoring and interventions, partner with Product, Data, and Martech, and lead end-to-end journeys with AI-enabled decisioning. This is a senior IC role focused on setting standards and shipping impactful retention programs.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in lifecycle/CRM/retention for digital products or subscriptions.
• Proven experience shipping retention journeys in major platforms (Iterable/Braze/SFMC).
• Strong data skills: cohort analyses, incrementality, experiments.
• Experience with triggered, always-on retention programs (onboarding, win-back).
• Ability to define ML inputs (churn scoring) and interpret outputs.
• Senior cross-functional leadership and clear stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end retention strategy and KPI definitions.
• Define churn scoring, triggers, and intervention logic for AI decisioning.
• Design reactivation and engagement journeys to boost loyalty.
• Launch and QA retention programs in Iterable, with AI elements.
• Collaborate with PMM and Product to shape loyalty experiences.
• Present retention analyses and recommended next steps to leadership.
• Oversee AI agents executing retention programs and set guardrails.
