Job summary

Three Pillars is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own retention, churn prevention, and winback strategies across the customer lifecycle. You will partner with Data Science and Product to identify churn signals, design targeted interventions, and measure impact on long-term value.

This is a hybrid role with on-site work in New York at least three days per week, enabling close collaboration with stakeholders and a high-autonomy, data-driven approach to lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with cohort thinking.
• Proven track record of improving retention and reactivation metrics.
• Experience partnering with Data Science or analytics teams.
• Experience collaborating with Product on retention via messaging & UX.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy for retention, churn prevention, and winback—from identifying at-risk customers to design of rescue flows.
• Partner with Data Science to define churn signals, build segments, and prioritize interventions.
• Partner with Product to align lifecycle messaging with product changes and pricing transitions.
• Design and optimize churn prevention programs and proactive outreach.
• Build and iterate winback strategies for lapsed subscribers and dormant investors; test offers and channels.
• Develop a retention measurement framework with core metrics and reporting cadence.
