Job summary

Tapestry is seeking a Senior Analyst, Retail Technology to support the Store Experience Transformation by delivering scalable tech across store environments. You’ll partner with infrastructure, InfoSec, engineering, and business stakeholders to deploy and support POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile platforms.

You will bring strong technical execution, collaboration, and security/compliance know-how to ensure performance, PCI-DSS adherence, and global implementation success.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting store technologies (POS, RFID, mobile devices).
• Familiar with PCI-DSS requirements in retail environments.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Technology Deployment & Support: deploy/configure cloud POS, RFID, traffic counting, mobile devices, payment terminals.
• Device & Identity Management: administer endpoint environments across iOS, Windows, MacOS using Intune and Jamf.
• Security & Compliance Awareness: adhere to PCI-DSS and security guidelines; align with InfoSec.
• Program Execution & Agile Delivery: participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with global teams across regions and time zones.
• AI-Enabled Operations & Insights: leverage AI tools to identify trends and improve support and decision making.
