Job summary

Senior Analyst, Retail Technology will support the execution of Tapestry’s Store Experience Transformation by delivering and sustaining modern, secure, and scalable retail technology solutions across store environments.

This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams—including infrastructure, InfoSec, engineering and business stakeholders—to deploy and support technologies such as POS, RFID, traffic analytics, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience supporting store technology environments or retail tech deployments is preferred.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS security requirements in store environments.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and configuration of retail technologies including cloud-based POS, RFID, traffic counting, mobile devices, and payment terminals.
• Assist with hardware rollout execution, ensuring standards are met across store environments.
• Provide operational support for production systems, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
